Canadian Residents - Customs Duties & Taxes

Let's talk about customs duties and taxes. 

While we are a Canadian based business, some of our products are made in, and shipped from the US. When this happens, there might be an additional cost for customs duties and Canadian taxes. 

If you include any of these items in your order, your order will be fulfilled and shipped from the US.

We already include Canadian taxes in our product prices, so we don't want you to be hit with extra charges!

If you see a GST or PST charge on your customs invoice, just send us a picture of the invoice and we'll be happy to provide you with a store credit or a refund for the taxes charged on the products. Customs fees and taxes on shipping will still be your responsibility.
